The fireplace can be hardwired for 120V or 240V, and its backlit controls remain discreet when not in use.

Optional Black Trim Kit Accessory. The minimalist trim design makes it possible to install Ignite XL fireplaces in a 2" x 4" wall. The unit requires a 6'' Deep opening for flush install. 2x4 trim covers the portion of the unit that comes out away from the wall when installed into 4'' deep wall. - Shipping Rates: Orders over $59.99 ship FREE. Smaller orders have a simple flat rate of $9.99.
- Signature Required: To ensure security, any order valued over $400 will require an adult signature (18+) upon delivery.
- Tracking: You will receive an automated email with your tracking number the moment your label is created.
LTL Freight Shipping (Grills & Large Items)
Large appliances and outdoor kitchens ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight. These items are carefully palletized and strapped for secure transport.
- Curbside Delivery: Freight carriers perform "Curbside Delivery" only. They will lower the pallet to the ground using a lift gate (included free of charge), but they cannot move the item into your garage, home, or backyard.
- Appointments: The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure the phone number on your order is accurate to avoid delays.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival while the driver is present.
1. If you see visible catastrophic damage, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
2. If you notice minor damage to the box, please note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us for further steps.
