REFUND POLICY:
Refunds will not be authorized until the returned item is received and inspected. Your maximum refund eligibility amount will be determined within 2 business days of RECEIPT of the returned item. Your maximum refund amount will be affected by the condition of the returned item and might be less than your full purchase price due to withholding of shipping charges (if applicable) and 20-50% restocking fees (if applicable), according to 360 Grills policies.
Some possible conditions affecting maximum refund and/or application of restocking fees:
• You used or altered the item in any way, including removing/replacing any components.
• You opened a sealed package.
• The item became damaged after you handled it.
• If the returned item is no longer in the exact same condition that it arrived to you.
EXCHANGES:
No exchanges are permitted via 360 Grill’s policies. Items can be reordered through our website at any time before, during, or after a return process is initiated.
STEPS FOR RETURNING YOUR ORDER:
We can process returns and refunds for unused products, returned 30 days from day of delivery.
*If you are returning a product because of our error in your order, we will promptly send you the correct item at no additional cost and we will schedule a pick up and pay for return shipping.
*If you are returning for personal reasons, the original ship cost per restocking fee and return ship cost will be deducted from your refund. Returns are no longer accepted after 30 days of when the order was delivered.
HOW TO RECEIVE A REFUND:
To receive a refund, please make sure of the following:
• To start a return, you can contact us at 360grillsllc@gmail.com. Please note that returns will be sent to different addresses depending on the product that is being returned.
• All returned merchandise must be in a "LIKE NEW" condition.
• The product must be free from damages, scratches, and/or defects.
• All merchandise must not have been installed.
• You must have the original manufacturer packaging for the item (manuals, accessories, packaging materials) and unopened.
• All free or gift items including accessories must be included with your return.
• There cannot be any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging for the item.
• If you want to return without our label, then packages must be sent back by you via a traceable source, such as FedEx or UPS.
FULL REFUNDS DO NOT APPLY IF:
360 Grills reserves the right to refuse a full refund on a returned item if/or:
• The item that has been returned does not match the original item shipped to the customer.
• The returned item is missing parts or the original product’s packaging.
• The item was damaged during the return shipment due to improper or insufficient packaging.
• The item being returned has been used, damaged, or missing items.
• The item has been assembled in a way that would impede proper packaging for return shipping.
• The Shipping company is not able to deliver due to an unauthorized refusal of delivery.
• The address was changed after the order has been shipped.
• The shipping company is unable to deliver on the date that the delivery appointment was made
• The shipping company and 360 grills are unable to get ahold of the customer.
• The order is canceled by the customer after the order has been shipped.
