**How We Handle Shipping**  
We at 360 Grills reserve the right to select the freight carrier for your shipment. Please note that while we choose the carrier (whether it's a standard courier like UPS or FedEx, or a freight carrier), we do not control the shipping companies themselves. Once your shipment is handed over to the delivery company, we cannot change shipping addresses or schedule delivery for a specific day. We can provide estimated delivery times, but these are based solely on the information provided by the delivery company. Should there be any issues with your delivery, please contact us at 832-463-1557, and we will assist you as best as we can.

**Important Information for Large Package Deliveries**  
Smaller items are typically shipped through UPS or FedEx, while larger items and bulk orders are shipped via freight. Freight delivery is different from standard shipping, so it's crucial that you understand the process and prepare accordingly before delivery day. - Most freight shipments are delivered on a pallet and are left at the curb. You are responsible for moving the shipment from the curb to your home or backyard.
- Most carriers do not call to schedule delivery; however, a few may call to provide an exact delivery window. Typically, you'll receive a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
- The shipping confirmation email will detail the delivery process for your order.

**For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:**
- You must be present and provide a signature at the time of delivery.
- Delivery is made with a semi-truck equipped with lift gate services.
- The shipment is left at the curb, so please arrange for at least two helpers to assist you with moving the shipment to its final location.
- When scheduling the delivery window, the carrier will contact the main phone number you provided at checkout. Please ensure this number is the best one to reach you.

Inspect your shipment upon arrival for any missing or damaged items, and note any issues on the delivery receipt. If items are missing or damaged, contact us immediately at 832-463-1557. You have 5 calendar days from the date of delivery to report any damages. If multiple items are damaged, you have the option to refuse the entire shipment. **For carriers that deliver without an appointment:**
- You will not receive a specific delivery day and time window, only an estimated delivery date.
- Although a signature is not required at delivery, we recommend being present when your order arrives.
- The driver will leave your pallets at the curb, regardless of your presence.

Even if your carrier does not call to schedule a delivery window, we advise you to inspect your shipment for missing or damaged items upon arrival. If you find any issues, please contact us immediately at 832-463-1557. You have 5 calendar days from delivery to report any damage. **Shipping to Remote Areas**  
Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional shipping fees, even on orders eligible for free shipping. If your shipping location has known delivery restrictions, a customer service representative will contact you to inform you of any additional charges.

Please note that we may not always know if your area is remote or presents challenges for freight delivery. If you anticipate any issues with delivery to your residence (such as narrow roads, gravel paths, or difficult-to-access locations), it's your responsibility to notify us at the time of purchase. 360 Grills is not responsible for shipping costs on merchandise not delivered due to a carrier's inability to reach a particular location. Additionally, in-home delivery is not included and may not be available even for an additional fee.

**Incorrect Addresses & Failed Freight Deliveries**  
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping costs in both directions. If a freight shipment is returned because the freight company could not deliver to your address, this will be treated as a return, and the order will be subject to our standard return policies.
