This 2-piece Multi Level Rack consists of two parts: a stainless steel grid and an elevated grid that allows you to work on multiple levels, thereby doubling your cooking capacity. This means twice as many delicious dishes.
The elevated cooking grid provides 10 cm of clearance for easy access. It can be used upside down for low-level "Cowboy Style" grilling. Designed to attach to the standard stainless steel grid, it's a starting component for the EGGspander System and works with the convEGGtor basket.

Small Parcel Shipping (Accessories & Tools)
For smaller items, we utilize trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-4 business days once it leaves our warehouse.

- Shipping Rates: Orders over $59.99 ship FREE. Smaller orders have a simple flat rate of $9.99.

LTL Freight Shipping (Grills & Large Items)
Large appliances and outdoor kitchens ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight. These items are carefully palletized and strapped for secure transport.
- Curbside Delivery: Freight carriers perform "Curbside Delivery" only. They will lower the pallet to the ground using a lift gate (included free of charge), but they cannot move the item into your garage, home, or backyard.
- Appointments: The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure the phone number on your order is accurate to avoid delays.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival while the driver is present.
1. If you see visible catastrophic damage, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
2. If you notice minor damage to the box, please note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us for further steps.
