All our fire glass is made with brand new glass that has undergone a unique 5-step manufacturing process which renders it its lovely shine and also allows it to withstand extreme temperatures (up to 1300 degrees Fahrenheit) without sustaining any damage or loss of color. Our tempered fire glass is not tumbled which ensures an enhanced shine.

LTL Freight Shipping (Grills & Large Items)
Large appliances and outdoor kitchens ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight. These items are carefully palletized and strapped for secure transport.
- Curbside Delivery: Freight carriers perform "Curbside Delivery" only. They will lower the pallet to the ground using a lift gate (included free of charge), but they cannot move the item into your garage, home, or backyard.
- Appointments: The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure the phone number on your order is accurate to avoid delays.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival while the driver is present.
