Blaze gas griddles have a lifetime warranty that warrants against any defects in the manufacturing and workmanship of the main burners, griddle plate, body, and control valves. While the ignition system and electronics are covered for one (1) year after the date of purchase. Product must be registered within thirty days for the warranty to apply.

LTL Freight Shipping (Grills & Large Items)
Large appliances and outdoor kitchens ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight. These items are carefully palletized and strapped for secure transport.
- Curbside Delivery: Freight carriers perform "Curbside Delivery" only. They will lower the pallet to the ground using a lift gate (included free of charge), but they cannot move the item into your garage, home, or backyard.
- Appointments: The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure the phone number on your order is accurate to avoid delays.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival while the driver is present.
