Ideal for hard-plumbing your Optimyst Linear Electric Fireplace, this kit allows for a direct connection to a water source using standard ¼" (6.4 mm) O.D. copper tubing. It’s the perfect solution for permanent installations where a continuous water supply is needed. Available through your Dimplex dealer, this kit ensures a clean, professional setup that supports uninterrupted fireplace performance.

LTL Freight Shipping (Grills & Large Items)

Large appliances and outdoor kitchens ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight. These items are carefully palletized and strapped for secure transport.

  • Curbside Delivery: Freight carriers perform "Curbside Delivery" only. They will lower the pallet to the ground using a lift gate (included free of charge), but they cannot move the item into your garage, home, or backyard.
  • Appointments: The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure the phone number on your order is accurate to avoid delays.
CRITICAL INSPECTION POLICY:
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival while the driver is present.

1. If you see visible catastrophic damage, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
