The Revillusion ThruView™ 36-inch Electric Fireplace features a modern Weathered Concrete finish, adding a sleek, industrial touch to any room. Its lifelike flames are showcased through a unique Mirage Flame Panel, which provides a clear view without reflections. Users can customize the flame color and intensity, including options for a midnight mode and flicker effects, while an Ambient Light Sensor automatically adjusts the brightness based on the surrounding light.
This electric firebox can be directly wired to various voltages or plugged in, delivering up to 8,794 BTUs of heat, suitable for spaces ranging from 400 to 800 square feet. The included smart remote allows for easy adjustments of flames, lighting, and heat settings. Designed for versatility, it can be installed with either a front glass panel or as an open face, enhancing the classic look of traditional fireplaces.

LTL Freight Shipping (Grills & Large Items)
Large appliances and outdoor kitchens ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight. These items are carefully palletized and strapped for secure transport.
- Curbside Delivery: Freight carriers perform "Curbside Delivery" only. They will lower the pallet to the ground using a lift gate (included free of charge), but they cannot move the item into your garage, home, or backyard.
- Appointments: The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure the phone number on your order is accurate to avoid delays.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival while the driver is present.

2. If you notice minor damage to the box, please note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us for further steps.
