This hand finished ember bed looks just like burnt coals and ash. The inner glowing LED lights pulsate, creating the natural effect of burning & cooling embers. The ash mat simply plugs into the log set and easily slides under the log grate.

LTL Freight Shipping (Grills & Large Items)

Large appliances and outdoor kitchens ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight. These items are carefully palletized and strapped for secure transport.

  • Curbside Delivery: Freight carriers perform "Curbside Delivery" only. They will lower the pallet to the ground using a lift gate (included free of charge), but they cannot move the item into your garage, home, or backyard.
  • Appointments: The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure the phone number on your order is accurate to avoid delays.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival while the driver is present.

1. If you see visible catastrophic damage, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
