Fire Magic warrants this this side burner against defects in materials and workmanship, excluding electronic components, under normal residential use and conditions for up to three (3) years, and all ignition systems (excluding batteries) and electronic components, including lights, for one (1) year.

Small Parcel Shipping (Accessories & Tools)
For smaller items, we utilize trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-4 business days once it leaves our warehouse.

LTL Freight Shipping (Grills & Large Items)
Large appliances and outdoor kitchens ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight. These items are carefully palletized and strapped for secure transport.
- Curbside Delivery: Freight carriers perform "Curbside Delivery" only. They will lower the pallet to the ground using a lift gate (included free of charge), but they cannot move the item into your garage, home, or backyard.
- Appointments: The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure the phone number on your order is accurate to avoid delays.
