It features a strong, stable stand and a practical tool for safely moving your EGG, thanks to large, sturdy caster wheels. This provides both storage space and transport capability in an attractive design.
Beauty and brains come together in this super-strong product, revealing it as a typical Big Green Egg invention. The galvanized steel stand has robust handles that allow you to easily move your EGG to a sheltered spot, protected area, or temporarily to the garage. Uneven ground is no problem for the four caster wheels, two of which have brakes. During transport, the EGG is securely fastened to the stand, and the handles remain cool even if the EGG is hot. This perfectly integrated duo is modeled after the iconic EGG shapes.
Small Parcel Shipping (Accessories & Tools)
For smaller items, we utilize trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-4 business days once it leaves our warehouse.
- Fast Processing: Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. If you order before noon, we often ship the same day.
- Shipping Rates: Orders over $59.99 ship FREE. Smaller orders have a simple flat rate of $9.99.
- Signature Required: To ensure security, any order valued over $400 will require an adult signature (18+) upon delivery.
- Tracking: You will receive an automated email with your tracking number the moment your label is created.
LTL Freight Shipping (Grills & Large Items)
Large appliances and outdoor kitchens ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight. These items are carefully palletized and strapped for secure transport.
- Curbside Delivery: Freight carriers perform "Curbside Delivery" only. They will lower the pallet to the ground using a lift gate (included free of charge), but they cannot move the item into your garage, home, or backyard.
- Appointments: The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure the phone number on your order is accurate to avoid delays.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival while the driver is present.
1. If you see visible catastrophic damage, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
2. If you notice minor damage to the box, please note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us for further steps.
