The Le Griddle 30-inch propane gas griddle is equipped with a professional-style 304 stainless steel griddle surface and components, ensuring excellent heat distribution, thanks to a 1/2-inch thick enameled cast iron sub-plate located beneath the cooking surface. The griddle has two 304 stainless steel U-shaped gas burners rated at 18,000 BTUs combined, providing even heating and separate control knobs for individual burner control. The electronic ignition system is user-friendly, powered by a single AA battery, and features a safety valve and thermocouple to automatically shut off the gas supply if the flame goes out accidentally. To prevent gas buildup and overheating, ventilation cutouts are included.
Cleanup is easy with the removable griddle plate and curved grease collection tray, which is designed to capture oil and fat for simple disposal. The Le Griddle is shipped with a propane gas configuration, but it can be easily converted to natural gas using the included conversion kit and instructions. A propane gas regulator or hose is not included with this product, and the stainless steel lid is sold separately. To fully open the lid, 24 inches of clearance is required. LTL Freight Shipping (Grills & Large Items)
Large appliances and outdoor kitchens ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight. These items are carefully palletized and strapped for secure transport.
- Curbside Delivery: Freight carriers perform "Curbside Delivery" only. They will lower the pallet to the ground using a lift gate (included free of charge), but they cannot move the item into your garage, home, or backyard.
- Appointments: The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure the phone number on your order is accurate to avoid delays.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival while the driver is present.
