The Napoleon Phantom Prestige 500 combines high-quality craftsmanship and performance in an attractive design, showcasing a striking matte black finish. This propane grill stands freely and is equipped with four stainless steel tube burners, generating up to 48,000 BTUs of cooking power. It offers cast stainless steel cooking grates with a generous 500 square inches of main cooking space and an additional 240 square inches on the stainless steel multifunctional warming rack, totaling 740 square inches of cooking area.

The Jetfire ignition system ensures reliable startup by lighting each burner individually while also allowing you to ignite all burners simultaneously. The cast stainless steel wave cooking grids create distinct Napoleon sear marks and enhance heat retention. With dual-level stainless steel sear plates, drippings are vaporized, flare-ups are controlled, and your food stays moist.

This grill also boasts an 18,000 BTU rear infrared burner and rotisserie kit for roasting, along with a 14,000 BTU infrared side burner designed for optimal searing. The hood comes equipped with an Accu-Probe temperature gauge, durable cast aluminum end caps, and conserves heat for oven-like cooking performance.

The SafetyGlow control knobs conveniently change from blue to red when a burner is active. Cleanup is straightforward thanks to the full-width removable drip tray. The grill cart is constructed from resilient black steel that resists rust and corrosion, with folding shelves featuring built-in utensil holders, double doors for storage, and easy-rolling locking casters for mobility.
