This freestanding propane gas grill is equipped with four stainless steel tube burners that generate up to 60,000 BTUs of cooking energy. It includes stainless steel cooking grids with 665 square inches of primary cooking space and an additional 447 square inches on the plated steel warming rack, totaling an impressive 1,142 square inches of cooking area. The Jetfire ignition system, featuring crossover lighting, allows for reliable, individual burner ignition and the convenience of lighting all burners simultaneously. The grill's stainless steel wave cooking grids create professional-quality sear marks while improving heat retention. Dual-level stainless steel sear plates help vaporize drippings, manage flare-ups, and keep your food juicy. Additionally, this model boasts an 18,000 BTU rear infrared burner along with a rotisserie kit, as well as a 14,000 BTU infrared side burner for perfect searing. The hood includes an Accu-Probe temperature gauge, cast aluminum end caps, and effectively retains heat for optimal cooking performance. SafetyGlow knobs change from blue to red when a burner is active. Cleanup is simplified with a full-width removable drip pan.
