The Napoleon Prestige PRO 500 combines quality and efficiency, offering features to enhance any culinary endeavor. This free-standing propane gas grill is designed with four stainless steel tube burners that generate up to 48,000 BTUs of power. It includes stainless steel cooking grates that provide a main cooking area of 500 square inches and an additional 400 square inches on the warming rack, totaling 900 square inches of cooking space. The burners ignite easily with flame ignition, ensuring a reliable start. The stainless steel wave grids create distinct Napoleon sear lines, while the self-cleaning sear plates vaporize drippings to control flare-ups and keep your meals juicy.
Additionally, the Prestige PRO 500 boasts an 18,000 BTU stainless steel rear infrared burner designed for slow cooking with the included rotisserie kit, as well as a 14,000 BTU infrared side burner for effective meat searing. The grill hood is equipped with an Accu-Probe temperature gauge and stainless steel end caps, providing excellent heat retention for a baking-like cooking experience. The LED Spectrum Night Light control knobs offer a wide range of color choices for nighttime entertaining and glow red when in-use, complemented by two interior lights for improved visibility on the grilling surface. A full-width drip pan simplifies cleanup, while the stainless steel cart includes a built-in ice bucket and double doors with soft-close features, as well as locking casters for easy maneuverability. LTL Freight Shipping (Grills & Large Items)
Large appliances and outdoor kitchens ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight. These items are carefully palletized and strapped for secure transport.
- Curbside Delivery: Freight carriers perform "Curbside Delivery" only. They will lower the pallet to the ground using a lift gate (included free of charge), but they cannot move the item into your garage, home, or backyard.
- Appointments: The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure the phone number on your order is accurate to avoid delays.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival while the driver is present.
1. If you see visible catastrophic damage, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
2. If you notice minor damage to the box, please note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us for further steps.
