The Napoleon Prestige PRO 825 is a powerful grill that merges infrared grilling technology with Napoleon's stainless steel cooking system. This freestanding propane gas grill utilizes a twin head cooking design, offering enhanced versatility. You can sear a steak to perfection using the infrared burner while simultaneously baking on the traditional side. One side features four stainless steel tube burners that provide a robust 48,000 BTUs, while the other includes two ceramic infrared burners generating 24,000 BTUs, achieving high temperatures in an instant—perfect for creating restaurant-quality steaks. Between the two infrared burners lies an 8,000 BTU stainless steel warming burner. With 825 square inches of primary cooking space and an additional 420 square inches of warming space, the grill offers a total cooking area of 1,245 square inches. The flame thrower ignition ensures easy burner activation and dependable starting. Its stainless steel wave cooking grids leave the signature Napoleon sear marks, while the self-cleaning stainless steel sear plates vaporize drippings to minimize flare-ups and enhance moisture retention in your food.

For slow cooking, the Prestige PRO 825 features an 18,000 BTU stainless steel rear infrared burner along with a 17,000 BTU side burner. The integrated wood chip smoker tray is easily accessible for quick refills and comes with an 8,000 BTU burner to infuse delicious smoky flavors. The grill's hood incorporates an Accu-Probe temperature gauge, stainless steel end caps for heat retention, and provides an oven-like cooking experience. The LED Spectrum Night Light control knobs offer an array of color choices for seamless nighttime grilling and glow red when in use, coupled with two interior lights that brighten the cooking surface.

Cleanup is effortless thanks to the full-width removable drip pan, and the sturdy stainless steel cart includes two pull-out drawers and double doors for convenient storage, plus easy-rolling casters with locks for mobility. Most components of the grill cart come pre-assembled, with only the side shelves and grill head needing to be added.
