This unique cooking method gives you the flexibility to grill with blazing heat on one side of the Primo while maintaining a lower temperature on the other for low and slow cooking. The reversible cooking grid, heat deflector plates, extension racks, and other accessories allow you to create more than 69 cooking configurations. LTL Freight Shipping (Grills & Large Items)
Large appliances and outdoor kitchens ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight. These items are carefully palletized and strapped for secure transport.
- Curbside Delivery: Freight carriers perform "Curbside Delivery" only. They will lower the pallet to the ground using a lift gate (included free of charge), but they cannot move the item into your garage, home, or backyard.
- Appointments: The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure the phone number on your order is accurate to avoid delays.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival while the driver is present.
