All our fire glass is manufactured from non-tumbled tempered glass which can withstand temperatures of up to 1300 degrees Fahrenheit without cracking or losing its color or shape. Our tempered fire glass is not tumbled which ensures an enhanced shine. Used correctly, this amazing product could last you a lifetime!

LTL Freight Shipping (Grills & Large Items)
Large appliances and outdoor kitchens ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight. These items are carefully palletized and strapped for secure transport.
- Curbside Delivery: Freight carriers perform "Curbside Delivery" only. They will lower the pallet to the ground using a lift gate (included free of charge), but they cannot move the item into your garage, home, or backyard.
- Appointments: The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure the phone number on your order is accurate to avoid delays.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival while the driver is present.
1. If you see visible catastrophic damage, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
2. If you notice minor damage to the box, please note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us for further steps.
