Features

Transform your Optimyst Pro Box fireplace into a stunning two-sided feature with the 40" Rear Glass Pane, designed for use with the CDFI-BX1000 or GBF1000-PRO (both sold separately). This transparent glass panel replaces the standard black backer, allowing you to enjoy the flame effect from both sides, perfect for open-concept spaces or as a dramatic room divider. The single pane features black edging on both vertical sides for a clean, seamless fit and is made from heat-resistant glass for safe use with compatible heating accessories.

LTL Freight Shipping (Grills & Large Items)

Large appliances and outdoor kitchens ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight. These items are carefully palletized and strapped for secure transport.

  • Curbside Delivery: Freight carriers perform "Curbside Delivery" only. They will lower the pallet to the ground using a lift gate (included free of charge), but they cannot move the item into your garage, home, or backyard.
  • Appointments: The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure the phone number on your order is accurate to avoid delays.
CRITICAL INSPECTION POLICY:
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival while the driver is present.

1. If you see visible catastrophic damage, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
2. If you notice minor damage to the box, please note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us for further steps.
