The Optimyst® RGB Pro Box is an electric water vapor fireplace with a pre built box that creates ultra realistic 3D flames and optional heat for year round ambiance in residential or commercial spaces. Available in 40–60 in. sizes, it installs easily and supports single or double sided setups.
Optimyst RGB Pro Box requires no fuel or exhaust venting as it runs on water and electricity and uses reduced energy for heating.
Adjust flame, color, heat, and sound using the onboard controls or remote, or unlock full‑spectrum color customization with the Flame Connect app.
Discrete heater includes an effective fan-forced heater to warm up to 400 sq. ft.
Completely customizable flame width and pattern with included spacers and slots.
Create a look that reflects your style by adding your favorite ember bed or glowing log set (sold separately) to the included tray.
The pre-built box simplifies the installation without compromise on design.
Optimyst delivers a world class electric fireplace experience that flawlessly imitates true flames and smoke.

LTL Freight Shipping (Grills & Large Items)

Large appliances and outdoor kitchens ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight. These items are carefully palletized and strapped for secure transport.

  • Curbside Delivery: Freight carriers perform "Curbside Delivery" only. They will lower the pallet to the ground using a lift gate (included free of charge), but they cannot move the item into your garage, home, or backyard.
  • Appointments: The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure the phone number on your order is accurate to avoid delays.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival while the driver is present.

1. If you see visible catastrophic damage, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
