When only the best will do, Fire Magic offers the Echelon Diamond series, combining the ultimate in performance, beauty and innovation. The Fire Magic Echelon Diamond E660 30-Inch Built-in Propane Gas Griddle adds excitement and variety to your outdoor cooking with fried rice, pancakes, fajitas, and much more. The 304 stainless steel construction is 3/8 inch thick for a warp-free performance to last for years. Two stainless steel burners are lit using hot surface ignition and produce up to 40,000 BTUs. The two back-lit control knobs allow for dual zone cooking so that you can cook different food at different temperatures at the same time. You can also cook for a party on the 30 inch by 18 inch cooking surface. The grease pan is easy to clean thanks to the removable trays. A stainless steel cover is included to protect the griddle when it is not in use. All Echelon grills come with a free custom laser inscribed personalized name plate that will require filling out and mailing in the form that comes with the grill and manual. Once received, the custom name plate will be shipped back free of charge.

Fire Magic provides a lifetime warranty for cast stainless burners, stainless cooking grids and housings. All other components (except ignition and electronic parts) for three years, ignition systems (except batteries) and electronic components (including lights & thermometers) for one year.

Small Parcel Shipping (Accessories & Tools)
For smaller items, we utilize trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-4 business days once it leaves our warehouse.
- Fast Processing: Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. If you order before noon, we often ship the same day.
- Shipping Rates: Orders over $59.99 ship FREE. Smaller orders have a simple flat rate of $9.99.
- Signature Required: To ensure security, any order valued over $400 will require an adult signature (18+) upon delivery.
- Tracking: You will receive an automated email with your tracking number the moment your label is created.
LTL Freight Shipping (Grills & Large Items)
Large appliances and outdoor kitchens ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight. These items are carefully palletized and strapped for secure transport.
- Curbside Delivery: Freight carriers perform "Curbside Delivery" only. They will lower the pallet to the ground using a lift gate (included free of charge), but they cannot move the item into your garage, home, or backyard.
- Appointments: The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure the phone number on your order is accurate to avoid delays.
