Additionally, if the layout of an outdoor kitchen makes it challenging to connect the drop-in burner to the main grill head, these panels offer a practical solution. Providing the necessary power source to operate the LED Spectrum NIGHT LIGHT™ Control Knobs, these optional panels upgrade your outdoor cooking experience with this essential accessory.

For smaller items, we utilize trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-4 business days once it leaves our warehouse.
- Fast Processing: Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. If you order before noon, we often ship the same day.
- Shipping Rates: Orders over $59.99 ship FREE. Smaller orders have a simple flat rate of $9.99.

LTL Freight Shipping (Grills & Large Items)
Large appliances and outdoor kitchens ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight. These items are carefully palletized and strapped for secure transport.
- Curbside Delivery: Freight carriers perform "Curbside Delivery" only. They will lower the pallet to the ground using a lift gate (included free of charge), but they cannot move the item into your garage, home, or backyard.
- Appointments: The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure the phone number on your order is accurate to avoid delays.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival while the driver is present.
1. If you see visible catastrophic damage, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
2. If you notice minor damage to the box, please note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us for further steps.
